Pizza Oven

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
  2. Stretch each dough ball into a 10–12” round on a floured surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella over the sauce.
  5. Arrange Calabrese salami.
  6. Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
  7. Remove from the oven, top with fresh oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
  8. Let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
