Instructions:
- Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
- Stretch each dough ball into a 10–12” round on a floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the sauce.
- Arrange Calabrese salami.
- Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
- Remove from the oven, top with fresh oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
