Dough Bros Pizza Ovens – Manufacturer’s Warranty & Limited 5-Year Warranty

Applies to Nevo, Nevo+ and Accessories

At Dough Bros Pizza Ovens PTY LTD, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer both a standard manufacturer’s warranty and an extended limited warranty for eligible registered items. If you’re seeking to make a warranty claim, please review the applicable terms and conditions outlined below.

Who the Warranty Covers

Our warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferrable, except in cases where the product was bought as a gift and the recipient is clearly identified at the time of registration. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This Warranty Policy is intended to provide peace of mind to our customers, and we acknowledge that it forms part of the purchase decision process.

Residential Use Warranty

This section applies to customers using our ovens and accessories in private, non-commercial settings.

Warranty Period

  • A 12-month standard warranty is provided from the original date of purchase.

  • This warranty can be extended to 5 years if the product is registered within 30 days of purchase.

What’s Covered

We guarantee that your Dough Bros product will be free from manufacturing faults and material defects for the duration of the warranty period. If a defect arises, we’ll repair or replace the faulty part. If repairs are not possible due to inaccessible components, a full unit replacement may be provided

Please refer to the “Exclusions” section below for specific limitations.

Commercial Use Warranty

This section is relevant for ovens and accessories used in commercial or professional environments.

Warranty Period

  • All products used in commercial settings are covered by a 12-month warranty only.

  • The extended 5-year warranty does not apply to commercial use.

Replacement products issued under warranty will inherit the original item’s remaining warranty period.

Registering a Commercial Product

Registering your product does not extend the warranty for commercial users but may help expedite support or claims in the future.

What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover

The following are not covered under either residential or commercial warranty:

Expected Wear & Tear and Cosmetic Changes

  • Colour fading, tarnishing, or discolouration due to heat or soot

  • Hairline cracks in the stone that do not impact performance

  • Minor paint scratches or surface blemishes

  • Marks on the stone from use over time or from cooking with pans

  • Movement or reaction of oven trim components over time

Exclusions Due to Use or Environment

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Acts of nature (e.g., floods, fires), war, or other uncontrollable events

  • Continued use of a faulty product after a defect has been identified

  • Use outside of our instructions or improper installation

  • Use of incorrect gas or fuel type

  • Cracks caused by thermal shock or failure to follow proper heating/storing instructions

  • Exposure to rain, salt, chlorine, or prolonged direct sunlight

  • Excessive moisture damaging performance or heat retention

  • Use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents

  • Natural wear and tear from regular use

  • Accidental damage, theft, or incidental loss

  • Use of aftermarket or non-approved parts/components

  • Modifications by you or a third party

  • Products used in combination with non-Dough Bros equipment

  • Claims where no fault is found

We reserve the right to alter designs and features over time. Any changes made to newer models do not imply defects in previous models. If a discontinued product is under claim, we will replace it with the closest current alternative in terms of size, value, and function. Colour variations may occur.

Warranty Limitations

Standard warranty coverage applies to all parts for 12 months. When extended to five years (via registration), the following apply:

Nevo Ovens

  • Stone Floor: Covered for 1 year

  • Electrical Components: Covered for 2 years

Nevo+ Ovens

  • Stone Floor: Covered for 1 year

  • Electrical Components: Covered for 2 years

Accessories

  • All official accessories come with a 1-year warranty (no registration required)

No warranty will exceed the original purchase price of the product. Any implied warranties not stated in this document are not binding on Dough Bros Pizza Ovens or its resellers.

Your Consumer Rights

This warranty does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for major faults

  • Repairs or replacements for items that fail to meet acceptable quality (where not considered major)

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your Dough Bros oven or accessory, email info@doughbros.com.au and include:

  1. Your full name

  2. Product serial number

  3. Proof of purchase

  4. Photos of the fault

If your claim is accepted, we will repair or replace the product. In some cases, a pro-rated refund may be offered based on the product’s age and condition.

We may require the product to be returned to us for assessment. If the claim is valid, return shipping is covered by Dough Bros. If no fault is found, we will return the product at your expense.

Dough Bros Pizza Ovens is not responsible for removal or reinstallation costs related to returned products.
