Instructions:
- Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
- Stretch each dough ball into a 10–12” round on a floured surface.
- Mix the olive oil and garlic together, then brush it generously over the dough.
- Evenly distribute your olives and anchovy’s.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly.
- Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with fresh oregano if desired.
- Let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
