Pro Tip: For a more mellow garlic flavour, sauté garlic slices in olive oil until golden before adding them to the pizza.

Pizza Oven

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
  2. Stretch each dough ball into a 10–12” round on a floured surface.
  3. Mix the olive oil and garlic together, then brush it generously over the dough.
  4. Evenly distribute your olives and anchovy’s.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly.
  6. Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
  7. Remove from the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with fresh oregano if desired.
  8. Let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
