Instructions:
- Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
- Stretch your dough to 10–12” rounds on a floured surface.
- Spread sauce evenly across each base using the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, keeping it even but not overloaded.
- Place salami, anchovies, olives, and fresh chili across the top.
- Drizzle with chili oil and a touch of olive oil.
- Sprinkle oregano lightly across the pizza.
- Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
- Remove and rest for 1 minute, then slice and enjoy!

6 anchovy fillets

Handful of olives (we use split green olives)
