Pizza Oven

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
  2. Stretch each dough ball into a 10–12” round on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the base.
  4. Distribute mozzarella pieces evenly.
  5. Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven, top with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
  7. Let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
