Pizza Oven

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
  2. Stretch each dough ball into a 10–12” round on a floured surface.
  3. (Optional) Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the base.
  4. Distribute the mozzarella evenly over the base.
  5. Add the gorgonzola, ricotta, and Provolone (or Pecorino Romano) evenly across the pizza.
  6. Season with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
