Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
  2. Stretch each dough ball into a 10–12” round on a floured surface.
  3. Spread tomato passata over the base.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly.
  5. Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven, top with prosciutto slices and fresh basil.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper.
  8. Let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
