Instructions:
- Preheat your Dough Bros Pizza Oven to full heat (around 400–450°C).
- Stretch each dough ball into a 10–12” round on a floured surface.
- Spread tomato passata over the base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly.
- Bake in your Dough Bros oven until evenly cooked.
- Remove from the oven, top with prosciutto slices and fresh basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper.
- Let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
